SNC has carved out its Quality Policy to ensure competence and customer satisfaction. Project Review meetings are conducted periodically by Management to ensure the effectiveness of Quality Management System. Areas of improvements, if any, are discussed with site management at review meetings and corrective measures are taken based on these inputs.

Our Quality policy has been constituted on SNC Vision & Core Values, concern for environment and is committed to comply with regulatory specifications and achieve purpose of QMS.

The quality policy is a set of guidebook Communicated to all the employees and understood within the organization, displayed at common locations through Quality manuals.

SNC’s Quality Management System (QMS) is taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 requirements & guidelines.

Procedures are established to specify the methods and criteria for effective operation, control and necessary resources and information to support the operation and monitoring of these processes.

A “PROJECT QUALITY PLAN” is maintained for all project sites of SNC, which includes the Quality manual comprising of Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection Test Plan, Method statements and work procedures and relative instructions.

SNC’s Safety Policy is to create safe working environment by eliminating accident and other risk potentials at workplace by adopting safe working conditions and environment for the working personnel to achieve high degree HSE performance level through education, awareness and competency improvement strategies.

The scope of this policy is to implement Safety principles in all the construction activities undertaken by Shankaranarayana Constructions Pvt Ltd.

• Ensuring safety at workplace is a mandatory requirement as it is directly related to the welfare of the staff and contractor’s workers.
• All accidents and occurrences of near misses can be avoided by practicing safety guidelines at site.
• All types of injuries, fatalities, loss of property and time can be minimized through preventive measures.
• To increase the safety consciousness of the work force and the supervisory staffs through continuous training and motivation towards safe practices.
• Regular monitoring, inspection and safety audit will form an integral part of the safety programs at work site.
